GENERAL RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS of KUNCIPLAY

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the KunciPlay app, owned and operated by PT Kunci Rumah Entertainment (KRE).

Before accessing and using KunciPlay, we recommend that you read the General Rules and Terms and Conditions first. By accessing and using KunciPlay, you agree to be bound by the General Rules and these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the General Rules and the Terms and Conditions set out below, please do not access and use this app.

We can change the General Rules along with these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Decisions made based on this regulation are absolute and cannot be contested.

DEFINITION

KunciPlay is a multimedia app that allows users to Play certain types of multimedia files such as audio. KunciPlay is the only verified app. We are not responsible for any action outside of the verified app.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY KunciPlay FOR USER

KunciPlay Account Services

Users are required to create a KunciPlay account to use all or part of the KunciPlay service. All the personal data and information such as phone number and email address to access are for your personal use only and should be kept confidential. KunciPlay allows users to have their own personal name to be displayed and used inside the app. Should the KunciPlay team find the username may not be suitable with Indonesia’s norms and law, we may reclaim, or require the user to change the username.

Should your personal account have been compromised, reach our customer service team immediately.

KunciPlay Media Play Services

Subject to your agreement and compliance with the Terms and Conditions, KunciPlay grants the user a limited and non-exclusive permission to make a personal, non-commercial use of the KunciPlay services and content (collectively, “Access”). The permission to access shall remain in effect unless and until terminated by the KunciPlay or user. Users agree to not redistribute or use the content and services provided.

Payment and Cancellation

KunciPlay allowed users to use the services for free with certain limitations. Should users want to use the app without limitations, users are required to subscribe for a certain amount of fee with fiat currency.

CONTENT

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such content, contained on the App is owned, controlled, or licensed by, or to KunciPlay, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the App and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly disPlayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without KunciPlay’s express prior written consent.

You may use information on KunciPlay products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by KunciPlay for downloading from the App, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
